Unlike classical astrology which heavily relies on planetary aspects and divisional charts, KP emphasizes the placement of planets in constellations (stars) and their sub-divisions (sub-lords) to give accurate predictions. It uses the Placidus house system and allows astrologers to time events like marriage, job, travel, or childbirth with remarkable accuracy by analyzing which planets are truly signifying the houses related to the query.

Kp Astrology 

To solve any case study in KP Astrology using the ABCD principle, we begin by identifying the relevant houses related to the query (e.g., 6th for job, 7th for marriage, 12th for foreign travel). Then we look at the planet involved in the context of the question and analyze it layer by layer — A (Planet itself), B (its Star-Lord), C (its Sub-Lord), and D (sometimes Sub-Sub-Lord or ruling planets). The Sub-Lord (C) plays a critical role, as it decides the final outcome. We check whether this Sub-Lord is a significator of the relevant houses. If it is connected positively (through ownership, placement, or aspects) with the concerned houses, the event is promised. We also match this with the current Dasha–Bhukti–Antara and see if the ruling planets at the time support the event. This structured decoding through KP’s ABCD method helps us arrive at a clear and accurate prediction.
